Lokesh Verma – Founder & Lead Trainer

Lokesh Verma is the Founder and Lead Trainer at Madhav Consultancy, headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan. With a vision to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical execution, Lokesh established Madhav Consultancy around the core institutional objective: 'Building a Support Ecosystem for Seek to Grow: Business • Career • Skills • Growth'.

Under his leadership, Madhav Consultancy has evolved from a standard taxation and company filing consultancy into an integrated business and career empowerment ecosystem. Observing that students, fresh commerce graduates, and aspiring professionals often lack hands-on portal exposure, Lokesh pioneered the signature ESP (Earning Skill Program)—a live practical training program guiding learners screen-by-screen through official GST, ITR, MSME, and FSSAI portals.

As an active mentor and trainer, Lokesh personally leads interactive cohorts and counsels emerging enterprises on statutory compliance, MCA filings, and business growth roadmaps. His training philosophy emphasizes real document processing, client communication discipline, and zero false income guarantees—empowering participants to build sustainable consulting practices across India.
